About the Event

This will be one of our first opportunities for us all to meet in person as a larger group since before the first lockdown in 2020.  We can’t wait to see you all again, and thoroughly intend to make up for lost time by offering you a unique opportunity to gather a wide range of ideas, tools, and techniques to add to your Coaching & Mentoring tool kit.

About this session

In this fast paced, high impact session we’ll be joined by Chris Watson who is the founder of the award-winning Endor Learn & Develop, and someone who specialises in the promotion of adaptive management practices.

Here Chris aims to challenge conventional thinking around how best to build potential in the workplace by drawing on the latest research into the science of people. He’ll present smorgasbord of highly improbable, yet evidence-based methods for coaches and mentors to develop capability in the workplace and deliver outstanding results through people.

Featuring an eclectic range of insights including lessons from: Buddhism, hot yoga, social psychology, art negotiations, television quiz-shows and compulsive gambling; you will learn practical techniques which can easily be applied in the coaching and mentoring arena. With counter-intuitive approaches from: The Gallup Organisation, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Anne Robinson, John F Kennedy… and underperforming schoolchildren.
