Funded Places Are Now Available!
With the support of the Humber & North Yorkshire Health & Care Partnership LEAP Programme we are delighted to confirm we have secured funding to enable a small number of health care, social care and community support individuals to join our partnership for the 2022/23 scheme year.
This funding is open to those who are directly and indirectly supporting the overall delivery of health care, social care, and support services to their local communities. It creates a unique opportunity for them to join a well-established professional Coaching & Mentoring Scheme which provides meaningful and valuable professional development opportunities which may not otherwise be accessible within current constraints or structures.
What is the offer?
This funding will enable individuals from the organisations mentioned above to join our scheme as either a Coachee/Mentee or Coach/Mentor, free of charge for a period of up to one year.

Coaching & Mentoring relationships will be due to commences in January 2023 with training and briefing taking place in December & January prior to this for all participants.
All Coach/Mentors are required to attend a 2-day workshop to prepare them to support 2 Coachee/Mentees across the year for a period of 6 months each. Prior experience of Coaching & Mentoring is not necessary as the training will prepare individuals and ongoing support and development will be provided.

All Coachee/Mentees are briefed in advance of their start date to ensure they get the maximum benefit from their Coaching & Mentoring relationship.
