About the Event

This will be a relaxed and informal opportunity to explore, what wellbeing is and why it is important for us all.

Here Mark & Nick will introduce to use to the stress bucket and discuss the importance of individual wellbeing within the coaching profession.

But that’s not all, they also have a wide variety of practical tools, techniques and strategies that you may apply to look after yourself and lay the gauntlet for all attended to undertake the 7-day challenge, taking what has been learnt and applying it to help improve their own personal wellbeing.

About York Mind, Mark & Nick

York Mind is a registered Charity offering high-quality mental health services in our local area.  Mark and Nick work together to promote better mental well-being for businesses and individuals across the city.

Mark is a skilled teacher specializing in mental health first aid, suicide prevention, and well-being courses. With 8 years at York Mind, he delivers innovative and thought-provoking sessions. Nick, an experienced learning, and development professional, trained with Barefoot Coaching and is an accredited coach. She joined York Mind in 2020, providing 1:1 support as a workplace wellbeing coach for the Thriving at Work project, helping those facing mental health challenges.
