NLP Tools & Techniques - With Karen Hickman
Time & Location
About the Event
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is described as ’A Study of Subjective Behaviour’.
The study began in California in the 1970s and arose from a curiosity to explore what made geniuses and leaders in their field able to deliver to such a high level of performance. Therefore, it may also be understood as a ‘Study of Excellence’.
The results that emerge from the work offer several models, tools and techniques that focus on helping people better understand how their thinking, feelings, language, and behaviour all impact on their ability to deliver their best possible performance in different situations. These also offer individuals an opportunity to reset, reframe and make desired changes that can help them build their own improved performance in the future.
