Coaching & Neurodiversity; A different way of thinking

The term neurodiversity refers to the different ways the brain can work, and this can include a range of conditions including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, & Dyspraxia amongst others. But did you know that is estimated that 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent, and many don’t even realise they are, and many that only discover they are much later in their adult life.

Cheryl Winter is a Neurodiversity Coach and Coach supervisor and joins us for this fireside chat, ready to answer your questions, and generously share what she has learned about helping adults find their way forward and achieve more of what they want in their lives.

Prior to her work with neurodiversity, she ran her own successful business for 11 years, offering coaching and training services. Cheryl has worked with prestigious organizations such as Boots, Santander, The DWP, and Liverpool John Moores University. She now works as a coach and consultant to individuals, organizations, students, and parents.
