Coach/Mentor CPD Event - Gaining Clarity for Goals & Making Things Happen in the Coaching & Mentoring Space

In Coaching & Mentoring, our mission is to assist clients in gaining clarity for their goals. We support a process that empowers them to navigate challenges, enabling them to identify actionable steps and develop behaviours to move closer to their desired outcomes.

However, there can be a number of challenges to this process. Not everyone we work with possesses a clear sense of what they want from their Coaching or Mentoring experience. Even when clarity exists, bridging the gap between conceptualising ideas, taking action, and sustaining a long-term commitment can be a significant hurdle.

In this session we will return to some fundamental concepts from your initial training, adding in new content to help you think deeper about the challenges that may be faced and approaches that may be developed to improve the outcomes of Coaching & Mentoring for you and your clients.
