In this interactive CPD session, we'll dive into these challenging inner dialogues and explore practical ways to work with them. Through reflective discussions, hands-on exercises, and peer collaboration, you'll discover how to recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and try out new approaches to support your clients in shifting their mindset.
